Sam's affordable landscape paintings and Miniature landscape paintings have a simple yet realistic style while keeping a contemporary feel. The way she portrays the beauty and the atmosphere in the scene she is painting is a talent on its own.
Sam uses oil paints for her affordable landscape paintings and her Miniature landscape paintings as she prefers the slow drying times, allowing her to spend more time detailing the piece and blending the colours which enables more striking colours and depth of the piece she is working on. Sam uses stretched canvases as her base for her affordable landscape paintings as she feels this utilizes the contemporary style she hopes radiates from her paintings, although she has been known to use canvas board for her miniature landscape paintings as some paintings just look better in a nice frame.
Sam specializes in Landscape paintings. She really admires portrait artists as she appreciates the difficulty and time that goes into a really good portrait painting. Though Sam is extremely happy with her current landscape painting artist talent, she feels that she still has a tremendous amount to learn, so maybe some day she will adventure further into the world of portrait work and hopes that you like her affordable landscape paintings and her Miniature landscape paintings enough to support and follow her as she continues to learn through her art career.
The ways she offers support for her work is through her very affordable landscape art prints which are all handmade by Sam in her studio and home in Poole. She also offers support through her landscape painting Commissions which are very affordable compared to what other artists charge.
Sam hopes that from viewing her affordable landscape paintings and her Miniature landscape paintings that she is able to inspire you to appreciate the beauty of the world we live in and hopes her art will inspire you to get out and admire this beauty first hand.
