Postage costs for the cheque is the sole responsibility of you, the customer.
UK customers may also pay by cash, samsart.co.uk will not be responsible for any loss of cash in the post. Postage costs of cash is the sole responsibility of you, the customer.

Customers outside of the UK can only pay securely through Paypal.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 7 days of purchase. Postage costs are non-refundable unless an item is found to be faulty.
If you recieve an item faulty then contact me as soon as possible, you may be offered a full refund, exchange or a repair as appropriate.
If you wish to return your item then please contact me first.
